摘要: 甘油酯sn-2位上的DHA可以被肠黏膜更好地吸收,从而实现机体对DHA的高效利用。为了全面了解DHA对大脑的有益功能,本文系统介绍了天然油脂甘油骨架上DHA的位置分布(sn-2sn-1,3位)特征,并讨论了DHA补充通过肠-脑轴传递信息的潜在功能机制肠-脑轴包含的多条双向信息通道为DHA、肠道菌群大脑健康的相互作用提供了新的研究思路。为了在日常饮食中摄入更多的sn-2 DHA,我们建议通过更为高效经济的酯交换制造技术生产富含sn-2 DHA脂质,其中需要解决的关键技术包括强化酶的特异性优化纯化工艺这类饮食可满足对sn-2 关键词: DHA sn-2 DHA     单甘酯     大脑     肠-脑轴     结构脂质    

酶法合成sn-2棕榈酸甘油酯的研究进展 Review

摘要:

人乳脂(human milk fat, HMF)是婴儿重要的能量营养来源,甘油三酯(TAG)在人乳脂中的含量约为98%,其具有独特的分子结构HMF在甘油碳骨架sn-2位的棕榈酸(PA)含量超过70%,而在sn-1,3位高度富集多不饱和脂肪酸。研究表明,HMF中特定的TAG结构在婴儿生长过程中起重要作用。Sn-2棕榈酸甘油酯是一种结构TAG,主要由1,3-二油酸-2-棕榈酸甘油三酯组成,将其添加到婴幼儿配方奶粉中可以模拟HMF的TAG结构。结构分析的常用方法,以及一些市售sn-2棕榈酸甘油酯产品。另外,本文还对酶法合成sn-2棕榈酸甘油酯的前景进行了展望。

Development of new transient liquid phase system Au-Sn-Au for microsystem technology

摘要: In the last decade, microsystems evolved to decisive technology in many technical applications. With increasing requirements on the performance of microsystems, more and more dissimilar materials are used in the same assembly. Correspondingly, suitable joining methods are required to fulfil the requirements on good properties of joints. In this study, a new transient liquid phase (TLP) system Au-Sn-Au was developed for potential medical applications in hybrid microsystems. The high and low melting phases Au and Sn were deposited onto diverse substrates by magnetron-sputter-ion plating. The coated substrates were soldered in a microsoldering station under different conditions. The influence of soldering conditions on the microstructure and properties of the joints was investigated. Results show that the developed solder led to high-quality joints that can be used in microsystems for medical applications.

hydrothermal deoxygenation of methyl palmitate to diesel-like hydrocarbons on carbon encapsulated Ni–Sn

摘要: Porous carbon-encapsulated Ni and Ni–Sn intermetallic compound catalysts were prepared by the one-pot extended Stöber method followed by carbonization and tested for in-situ hydrothermal deoxygenation of methyl palmitate with methanol as the hydrogen donor. During the catalyst preparation, Sn doping reduces the size of carbon spheres, and the formation of Ni–Sn intermetallic compounds restrain the graphitization, contributing to larger pore volume and pore diameter. Consequently, a more facile mass transfer occurs in carbon-encapsulated Ni–Sn intermetallic compound catalysts than in carbon-encapsulated Ni catalysts. During the in-situ hydrothermal deoxygenation, the synergism between Ni and Sn favors palmitic acid hydrogenation to a highly reactive hexadecanal that easily either decarbonylate to n-pentadecane or is hydrogenated to hexadecanol. At high reaction temperature, hexadecanol undergoes dehydrogenation–decarbonylation, generating n-pentadecane. Also, the C–C bond hydrolysis and methanation are suppressed on Ni–Sn intermetallic compounds, favorable for increasing the carbon yield and reducing the H2 consumption. The n-pentadecane and n-hexadecane yields reached 88.1% and 92.8% on carbon-encapsulated Ni3Sn2 intermetallic compound at 330 °C. After washing and H2 reduction, the carbon-encapsulated Ni3Sn2 intermetallic compound remains stable during three recycling cycles. This is ascribed to the carbon confinement that effectively suppresses the sintering and loss of metal particles under harsh hydrothermal conditions.

Hexavalent chromium in drinking water: Chemistry, challenges and future outlook on Sn(II)- and photocatalyst-based

摘要: Abstract • Wide occurrence of Cr(VI) in US source drinking water. • A strong dependence of occurrence on groundwater sources. • Elucidate Redox and equilibrium chemistry of Cr(VI). • Sn(II)-based and TiO2-based reductive treatments hold extreme promise. • Key challenges include residual waste, Cr(VI) re-generation and socioeconomic drivers. Chromium (Cr) typically exists in either trivalent and hexavalent oxidation states in drinking water, i.e., Cr(III) and Cr(VI), with Cr(VI) of particular concern in recent years due to its high toxicity and new regulatory standards. This Account presented a critical analysis of the sources and occurrence of Cr(VI) in drinking water in the United States, analyzed the equilibrium chemistry of Cr(VI) species, summarized important redox reaction relevant to the fate of Cr(VI) in drinking water, and critically reviewed emerging Cr(VI) treatment technologies. There is a wide occurrence of Cr(VI) in US source drinking water, with a strong dependence on groundwater sources, mainly due to naturally weathering of chromium-containing aquifers. Challenges regarding traditional Cr(VI) treatment include chemical cost, generation of secondary waste and inadvertent re-generation of Cr(VI) after treatment. To overcome these challenges, reductive Cr(VI) treatment technologies based on the application of stannous tin or electron-releasing titanium dioxide photocatalyst hold extreme promise in the future. To moving forward in the right direction, three key questions need further exploration for the technology implementation, including effective management of residual waste, minimizing the risks of Cr(VI) re-occurrence downstream of drinking water treatment plant, and promote the socioeconomic drivers for Cr(VI) control in the future.

HY-2A卫星大气校正微波辐射计在轨数据定标检验研究

摘要:

海洋二号(HY-2A)卫星大气校正微波辐射计(ACMR)是为雷达高度计提供大气路径延迟校正的微波辐射计。本文针对ACMR热真空定标试验的原理、方法、实施过程及试验结果进行了阐述分析,得到了ACMR 3个频率的辐射传输系数非线性系数,并进行了天线订正的发射前算法分析,给出了天线温度系数。利用这些系数对在轨数据进行了处理,得到了在轨天线温度转换系数,并与Jason-1、Jason-2卫星上搭载的微波辐射仪(JMR)进行了匹配比较,结果表明一致性良好。

在全球肆虐的严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)导致了大量人群感染,血管紧张素转化酶2(angiotensin-converting enzyme 2, ACE2)是SARS-CoVSARS-CoV-2的受体蛋白。为了探讨SARS-CoV-2垂直传播的潜在风险,我们利用已发表的单细胞转录组数据观察了围着床期胚胎母胎界面上ACE2TMPRSS2(编码跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶2)的转录表达情况结果显示,ACE2TMPRSS2在第6天(D6)围着床期胚胎的滋养外胚层(trophectoderm, TE)细胞、妊娠第8周的合胞滋养层(syncytiotrophoblast在这三个细胞类群中,ACE2阳性表达细胞相对于阴性细胞在自噬免疫相关过程中存在差异。

HY-2A卫星雷达高度计设计及其在轨工作结果

摘要:

海洋二号(HY-2A)卫星是我国第一颗海洋动力环境卫星,雷达高度计是HY-2A卫星的主载荷之一,发射入轨后仪器工作正常,并获得了大量有效的观测数据该仪器在20 m有效波高条件下测高精度达到了4 cm,在4 m有效波高条件下测高精度达到了2 cm,其产品精度接近Jason-2卫星高度计。本文就HY-2A卫星雷达高度计系统设计和在轨初步结果进行论述。

基于MCNPORIGEN2耦合程序的IHNI-1型堆裂变产物中毒及燃耗分析

摘要:

为了准确地计算反应堆的裂变产物中毒燃耗问题,开发了一套蒙特卡罗方法程序系统。利用通用的燃耗计算方法,基于MCNPORIGEN2,编写了相关的数据转换、截面修正、数据接口程序,实现了MCNPORIGEN2程序的耦合。采用堆芯精细结构划分,对医院中子照射器I型堆裂变产物中毒燃耗进行了计算分析。

摘要: Multi-agent system gaming (MASG) is widely applied in military intelligence, information networks, unmanned systems, intelligent transportation, and smart grids, exhibiting systematic and organizational characteristics. It requires the multi-agent system perceive and act in a complex dynamic environment and at the same time achieve a balance between individual interests and the maximization of group interests within the system. Some problems include complex system structure, uncertain game environment, incomplete decision information, and unexplainable results. As a result, the study of multi-agent game has transformed from a traditional simple game to a game facing a high-dimensional, continuous, and complex environment, which prompts an urgent need for institutionalized and systematized gaming (InSys gaming). With this background, several important tendencies have emerged in the development of InSys gaming for multi-agent systems:1. Analyzing the evolution law of MASG and establishing the InSys gaming theory model for multi-agent systemsThe organized and systematic MASG has orderly and structured characteristics, so it is necessary to establish a system game model. To study political, military, economic, and other systemic confrontation gaming problems, the first step is to analyze the system’s internal evolution characteristics and external interaction information. In addition, establishing the evolution model of InSys gaming and studying the elements, relationships, and criteria of the game evolution help provide theoretical support for the system design, decision-making planning, and other research in this field.2. Combining several artificial intelligence learning algorithms to achieve collaborative decision-making of multi-agent systemsThe current mainstream artificial intelligence learning methods all have application advantages in specific scenarios. In solving InSys gaming problems, we can combine the environmental representation ability of deep learning and the decision generation ability of reinforcement learning (RL). For example, by building a digital simulation training environment, intelligent decision algorithms and unsupervised training methods can be designed to generate a multi-agent system’s collaborative decision in a complex and unknown environment.3. Adopting a hierarchical task planning and decision-making action architecture to reduce the complexity of collaborative decision-making algorithmsWith the increase of the scale of multi-agent systems, the problems of node coupling, observation uncertainty, and interaction disorder faced by collaborative decision-making have become increasingly prominent. The complexity of solving its systematic and organized game problems has increased significantly. A multi-agent hierarchical algorithm architecture is constructed through game task decomposition, longterm planning, and real-time action decision-making. It can effectively reduce the complexity of the search process of a collaborative decision-making algorithm. In addition, it is a feasible idea for solving an organized and systematic game.4. Establishing the robustness analysis framework of the algorithm model to solve the model deviation between data-driven methods and the actual sceneWhen the training data deviates from the actual scene for data-driven methods, the algorithm’s performance will be degraded. Thus, it is necessary to study the robustness analysis framework of data-driven methods. For example, a robust algorithm model and an actual data fine-tuning method are designed to reduce the performance loss of the trained algorithm. This strategy helps support the actual deployment of data-driven methods.Game theory has become a basic analytical framework for solving problems in strategic politics, military confrontation, market economy, and so on. The object of analysis is characterized by complex systematization and organization and has been highly concerned with and valued by academic and industrial circles alike. A multi-agent system is used to model the organized and systematic game, combined with an artificial intelligence method to solve the game decision-making problem, providing a new idea for developing theories, methods, and technologies in this field.
